At Millennium 3001 Technology (Pty) Ltd, we aim to provide high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You may return an item within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below:
1.1 Conditions for Return:
- Item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, and free gifts (if any) must be returned.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.
- The product must not be damaged or show signs of misuse.
1.2 Non-Returnable Items:
- Downloadable or digital products
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
- Opened software or electronics with tampered security seals
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2.1 If approved:
- A refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–14 working days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

5. Damaged or Faulty Products
If you receive a damaged or faulty item:
- Report it to us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos of the product and packaging.
- We will assess and offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the issue.
6. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, our return policy applies.
